Today we have to talk about this new Triumph Brat that is not a Cafe Racer motorcycle, nor a Scrambler and that is just taken from Lord Drake Kustoms’ motorcycle transformation workshop in Spain.
Designed together with the client, this time they did not want a typical Triumph Bonneville Cafe Racer, they were looking for something less classic and more urban, without becoming a sport or naked motorcycle.
The transformation of Triumph brand cafe racer motorcycles has more and more followers in Spain and on this occasion the base chosen for this project is the legendary model of the mythical Triumph Motorcycles known as Bonneville T100. Specifically a Triumph Bonneville from 2007.
There are numerous models of Triumph motorcycles modified and transformed by LDK so far, especially in the custom workshop in Miami. But in the workshop specialized in converted Triumphs in Spain, only Triumph Bonneville and Thruxton transformations have been carried out.
Modifications on this Triumph Brat
Going back to this specific model, we have made the modification of this Triumph following some very simple and elegant patterns that have resulted in this Brat motorcycle.
Fuel tank with metal finish and graphite tears, all matt lacquered, handcrafted seat and Bitwell grips in brown, Motogadget Pro digital speedometer, handlebar or an inverted fork with ohlins gold finish are part of the set.
Motogadget blazer turn signals, higher air shocks, handcrafted fenders, Spark motorcycle tailpipes and many other details, complete the work of transformation of Triumph in every rule.
Once the work is finished we have proceeded to the homologation and ITV of reforms carried out so that the client can enjoy this simple Triumph Bonneville modified and completely transformed.
The customization of this 2000 carbureted Harley Davidson Softail Deuce was going to consist in principle of putting a wider rear wheel (at least that was what its owner Richie wanted) but little by little ideas began to flow and in the end we ended up carrying out the transformation of a full-blown bobber motorcycle.
Customization workshops in Spain do not usually put many wide wheel kits on custom motorcycles in recent years and even less do official Harley Davidson dealers. But Lord Drake Kustoms still thinks, that there are Harley Davidson models that with a 250 rear wheel like the softail or with a 200 rear wheel for the Sportster, it is possible to give a brutal touch regardless of the style of the custom motorcycle. .
So to make a spectacular Harley Davidson transformation, we started by installing the wide wheel kit, accompanied by a set of custom Harley rims with fat spokes and a large hanging handlebar.
Subsequently, it was decided to place a single Biltwell seat just arrived at our Harley Davidson and cafe racer store, accompanied by a more classic air filter and Vance and Hines big radius exhausts.
In motorcycle customizations in Spain, there is an increasing level of finishes and that is why this occasion we wanted to give a very special touch to this customized Harley Davidson, with a paint and airbrush combining turquoise blue in the background with the color silver of graphics and metal flakes.
Finally this motorcycle will be legalized and homologated thanks to our own Homologation service for motorcycles transformed in Spain.
The Royal Enfield Scrambler “Intruder” is the first motorcycle of the English brand that Lord Drake Kustoms has customized in his Cafe Racer workshop in Spain.
Specifically, it is a totally new Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 (fresh from the factory). The owner of this Intruder HD (official Royal Enfield dealer) sent this bike to Francisco Alí Manén (owner of LDK) for a restyling.
The idea arose during one of Francisco’s visits to the Royal Enfield dealership in Murcia, whose owner (Pepe) has been a friend for years.
Due to the classic naked styling of the late 70s and early 80s that the new Interceptor 650 has; and also because the English brand already has a cafe racer style model; Fran Manen chose to make a scrambler bike with this base.
As soon as he arrived at LDK’s custom workshop in Malaga, the new adventure began; Since this time and after many transformed motorcycles, it was not a Harley Davidson or a BMW R.
The idea was not to do a radical bike transformation, but rather to give it a custom touch up. But despite this, it was a new challenge and a breath of fresh air, since lately it seemed that only BMW or Harley Davidson transformations were being made in Spain.
Customizing the Royal Enfield Scrambler “Intruder”
Among the motorcycle transformation work carried out, we can highlight that the subframe has been trimmed and modified, a custom seat, a license plate holder, front and rear fenders, front mask with number and two light optics has been manufactured.
A new handlebar, warning lights, Bitwell grips, Motogadget M-Blaze turn signals on the handlebar ends and Motogadget Mini odometers complete the hand controls area.
The exhausts have been modified and Spark tailpipes have been adapted. And for the Scrambler touch, taller air shocks and Continental TKC 80 tires are fitted.
As for the paint, black with matte military green for the tank. For other pieces, we have opted for matt black or glossy with Metal Colors powder paint.
All this set of modifications has resulted in this Royal Enfield Scrambler, called “INTRUDER” by the name of the Dealer in Murcia to which it belongs.
We introduce you the newly finished Harley Davidson Sportster Bobber Black. This work has been done in our Harley Davidson workshop in Malaga.
For this project we have used an injection Sportster 883 Standard, which is one of the easiest Harley Davidson motorcycles to transform.
This custom transformed motorcycle with Bobber style is for a client who was looking for a Harley Davidson dealer near his city in the North of Spain, who would like to carry out the Sportster transformation he was looking for.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Iván, who is the name of the owner of this motorcycle, contacted Fran Manen, owner of Lord Drake Kustoms, to find out if LDK, despite having its motorcycle transformation workshop in Malaga, could be done charge of the Bobber transformation I was looking for.
Obviously, we said yes, because we are a motorcycle customization company, which makes custom motorcycles for clients around the world from our workshops in Miami and Malaga.
The transformation of this Harley Sportster Bobber Black
The peculiarity of this bobber motorcycle is that we have increased its displacement by installing a 1200 cc kit for Sportster and we have put a wider rear wheel (200 exactly).
The wide 200 Sportster wheel has been completed with a set of custom Harley Davidson fat spoke wheels.
Minimalist fenders, straight handlebars, motogadget mini digital odometer, led turn signals, a gas tank with diamond-like relief on the sides and top stand out on this completely transformed motorcycle.
We can also highlight the Vance & Hines “short shots” tailpipes, a Rough Craft air filter and a Bitwell Sportster seat to complete the work done on this Harley Bobber.
As you can see, it is a very minimalist bike finished with a combination of gloss black and matte black paint, separated by a silver pinstriping.
For the rims, foot and hand controls, and engine covers, powder paint or powder coating has been used that has been applied by the Metalcolors company.
Finally, this motorcycle has been limited to being driven with the A2 license thanks to our motorcycle power limiters installation service. Subsequently, the homologation and ITV of motorcycle reforms carried out on this Harley Davidson.
We have called this Triumph Bonneville Brattransformed into our Triumph motorcycle customization workshop in Spain“BRAT GREEN” because it has more brat motorcycle airs and because of its British Racing Green heat.
Lord Drake Kustoms on this occasion has created another custom Triumphin brat style, but with a more elegant finish thanks to the combination of the English green color (one of the colors of Francisco Alí Manen, owner of LDK) with the chrome and the upholstery in brown. .
This time we have followed the line of other Triumphs previously transformed in our cafe racer workshop and for this we have started improving the front of this custom bike by installing a new inverted fork for Triumph Bonneville with a 19-inch radius rim and Brembo brake calipers.
The tires we have chosen have not been in a very knobby scrambler style, but rather on the road to give it that Triumph Brat / Scramblertouch.
The subframe has been modified and a new cafe racer–styletwo-seater seat has been manufactured, we have manufactured a handcrafted license plate bracket and we have replaced the original exhaust tails with new trumpet-type tails that give this one a unique sound. Triumph Bonneville Brat.
Once the customization work is finished, we have approved all the reform carried out on this custom motorcycle with our own Homologation service for motorcycles.

A Harley Davidson Sportster Forty Eight converted into a bobber by Lord Drake Kustoms in his Harley Davidson workshop in Spain. This is the custom bike that we present in this report.
Its owner, a girl with very clear ideas, had tried to get a Harley bobber like this in the odd Harley Davidson dealer … but it was impossible.
Finally she found our motorcycle transformation workshop on the internet and called us. He told us he wanted a customized Sportster 48 and was clear that he did not want another Sportster Forty Eight cafe racer as they are doing lately. She wanted a very stylish Harley bobber.
Modifing this Sportster Forty Eight into a Bobber Motorcycle
When we arrived at our custom motorcycle workshop, the first thing we did is lower the height of this Harley Davidson, and for this we installed some 10.5 Burly shocks for Sportster and lowered the front suspension.
Subsequently, a 25mm drag bar handlebar was installed, the front fender was trimmed, metal covers were installed between the upper and lower triple clamp and the original handlebar risers were modified to fit a motogadget mini odometer.
At the rear, the entire subframe was trimmed, a tiny fender and a Sportster license plate bracket (both made by LDK) fitted. The diamond-upholstered single-seater Biltwell seat was installed without springs and very low.
Some Vance and Hines shortshots exhausts for Harley, a rough crafts air filter for Sportster, a Led headlight, grips and some thunderbike turn signals under the hand controls, gave that elegant and simple touch that this Harley transformed presents.
The painting was very simple, the whole bike in black that was applied with powder or electrostatic paint. And the Sportster gas tank in light gray with the Harley Davidson lettering in black.

The owner of this bike had been looking at various custom motorcycle workshops in Spain to have a 360 rear wheel installed on his Harley Davidson Vrod, something that no one wanted to do… until he found Fran Manen, owner of LDK.
At Lord Drake Kustoms we not only make cafe racer motorcycles, we really have been specialists in Harley Davidsonmechanics and transformation for many years; since it was with this brand that our motorcycle customization company began to work.
Customizing this Harley-Davidson VROD
This Harley Davidson motorcycle underwent a spectacular transformation. The first thing was to replace the original Harley front suspension with the inverted fork from Vrod Muscle. The headlight was replaced by a black LED one and the handlebars and grips were changed; in which kellerman turn signals were installed.
Finishing off the front end, a handcrafted custom bike fender was built and Brembo brake calipers fitted, to go with the stunning Harley RC Components custom rim and its two matching brake discs.
The air filter cover was made of fiber by hand as well as the Vrod spoiler and side covers, which together with the custom single seat and the Vance and Hines 2: 1 exhaust for Harley, shape the central part and front of this custom bike.
But the great transformation of this Harley Davidson is in its rear, which is where the entire arsenal has been used. A spectacular 360 Vee Ruber Monster tire mounted on the beautiful RC Components rim with matching pulley and brake disc.
To install this rear wheel, a wide swingarm for the Vrod had to be manufactured, in addition to modifying and moving the front transmission sprocket.
Finally and to finish, a minimalist rear fender has been built at the rear with the pilot light and LED indicators integrated into the fender itself. And finally, nothing more and nothing less than a Legend air suspension for Harley Davidson.
This spectacular transformed Harley has been finished off with a combination of black powder paint, combined with the candy red body paint.

This BMW custom motorcycle model has been the result of a very radical customization work, since practically the only thing that has remained original is the boxer engine and the cradle of the chassis. The rest of this transformed bike has been totally modified or replaced.
The modifications in this BMW R100R
The first thing we did with this bike as soon as we arrived at our cafe racer workshop in Malaga, was to dismantle it completely to proceed with the work. The front end was completely removed and an inverted fork suspension with an ohlins gold anodized finish was installed.
The front end was completed with a V-Rod headlight, scrambler handlebar, Motogadget Digital Pro odometer, Motogadget m-blaze disc turn signals, brown biltwell grips, and a small handcrafted fender.
The original BMW spoke rims were retained but new mixed tires were fitted with a mix of scrambler and cafe racer styling and the original BMW R100R fuel tank was replaced with a BMW R65 fuel tank with a Monza fuel cap.
The rear is one of the most radical areas of this BMW scrambler. An aerial single-arm support was manufactured as a basis for the handmade individual seat and underneath the LED taillight for cafe racer motorcycles was installed.
The rear area of this custom BMW has been finished with a minimalist motorcycle mudguard for the rear wheel, a handcrafted cafe racer license plate holder and mini LED indicators.
Other details to highlight are the Spark exhaust pipe that after a modification work has been combined with the original BMW manifolds. In addition to the conical air filters for motorcycles, the rear shock absorber and many other details.
The Metal Colors company has carried out the powder painting or electrostatic painting work on the rims, engine covers and other elements.
The fuel tank and front fender are finished in graphite gray metallic. The handcrafted bobber-style seat has been upholstered in brown with a matching diamond finish to the cuffs.
Finally, all the motorcycle reforms and transformations that we have carried out on this converted BMW have been legalized thanks to our own homologation and ITV service for converted motorcycles.
