Inspired by Japanese bratstyle, this Triumph has been transformed to offer a lower, lighter, and sportier profile, without losing the brand’s classic DNA. The work carried out in the Andalusian workshop demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a motorcycle that combines functionality, design, and personality in every element.
One of the most striking elements of this custom build is its elegant paint scheme. This Softail Deluxe Black, also known as Deluxe “OM TIBETAN” is a new Harley Davidson customised by Lord Drake Kustoms in the motorbike workshop in Malaga Spain.
“OM TIBETAN”
This custom bike was originally a Harley Davidson Softail Deluxe, which has now undergone a radical custom transformation with a beautiful paint job combining different shades of black and dark grey and above all we must highlight the emblems and graphics that have been placed … the OM symbol … hence its name. “OM TIBETAN”
For the owner of this custom bike it was essential for the OM symbol to be present on the bike, as it is one of the most important symbols in the manifestation of our personal protection and has the spiritual power of being the sacred symbol of the universe… among other very important characteristics.
Fran Manen (owner of Lord Drake Kustoms) in collaboration with the owner of this Harley Davidson, has followed a pattern in terms of design to obtain the final result, which will leave no one indifferent.
Custom wheels with 240 rear tyre, Legend hydraulic softail suspension, modified and extended 2″ inch fuel tank, custom fabricated rear wing with built in LED.

Custom-made exhausts with Vance and Hines Mini Grenades tails, Harley Davidson air filter to match the rims or a custom-made tie rod… these are some of the highlights of this Softail Deluxe Black“OM TIBETAN”.

Motogadget blaze disc LED turn signals on the grips, an almost 3″ thick handlebar, custom-made number plate holder, custom-made seat, MMB odometer and lap counter are some of the other components.
The base paint of this Harley customised at Lord Drake Kustoms España, is dark graphite grey almost black combined with gloss black and matt black; to which several red details have been added such as the brake calipers or the spark plug wires.
On the engine, front suspension, front end and other elements, all chrome plating has been removed with electrostatic powdercoating by Metalcolors.
And the finishing touch is the OM symbols placed on the petrol tank and other points. They say that chanting the OM mantra has cardiovascular benefits as through the vibration the body relaxes, blood pressure is reduced and the heart beats at a regular rhythm… but we think that people who see this bike passing by will find the opposite to be true and will either gasp for breath or their heart rate will accelerate!
The best words to define this bike are probably “Elegant and Brutal” … and so is the new VROD 300 BLACK&RED customised by Lord Drake Kustoms in his workshop located in Malaga (SPAIN).
BASED ON A NIGHT ROD SPECIAL
Francisco Ali Manén (owner of LDK), received a call from a client from Portugal, who wanted a customised Harley Davidson Vrod and after a while of conversation the decision was made that it would be a Night Rod Special with a wide rear wheel kit that started with a 260 and ended up with a 300 wheel.
First of all, Fran Manen chose a Vrod Nightrod Special from the last year of production, a perfect base for this job, which also comes standard with an upside-down front suspension fork and a powerful 120 hp engine.
After deciding that a 300 wheel would be fitted in the end, a Harley Davidson wide rear wheel kit with custom rims and a 300 wide rear tyre and all the necessary modifications to the chassis and subframe, transmission, rear suspension, etc. was installed.

A Legend air suspension for Vrod models are other details to highlight in the modification of a Vrod like this one, together with the exhausts, number plate bracket, body parts, mudguards, seat and a lot of small elements are some of the components handmade by Lord Drake Kustoms for this VROD 300 BLACK&RED.
Other details are the LED tail light has been integrated into the rear wing or the seat upholstery has been done in black with diamond stitching with double red thread stitching.
As for the paintwork, the attractive candy red colour is used to break up the black background and highlight the sinews and muscles of the impressive bodywork of this custom Harley Davidson.

Fran Manen (owner of Lord Drake Kustoms) says that this Sportster Scrambler, is a custom bike work of another level; especially for the beautiful combination of colors chosen.
The base used is a Harley Sportster Nightster 1200, which has had its original rear end removed and the subframe trimmed. A pair of Harley Ohlins shocks and a custom fabricated metal scrambler rear fender along with the handmade Sportster license plate bracket have shaped the rear of this beast.
BMX Handlebars
At the front, we highlight the 1″ BMX handlebar, and the modification of the fork and front suspension that has been accompanied by a minimalist scrambler fender.
RSD 2:1 Exhausts
The front wheel has been replaced with a new 21″ inch unit and the rear with an 18″ inch unit and Continental tires for scrambler style motorcycles have been installed. A handcrafted crankcase cover, side number holders and a modified and custom upholstered seat are other details to be highlighted.
This “BULTRACKER 57” has been completed with a RSD 2:1 exhaust, custom Sportster air filter, Harley BMX style footpegs, LED turn signals and many other details.
Lord Drake Kustoms highlights in this scrambler bike, the paint job that has been done, combining a candy red with a cream white and details in gold and orange. The seat is upholstered in black perforated poly-leather with red thread.
HOMOLOGATION
Once the work of customizing a scrambler bike like this “BULTRACKER 57” was finished, the next step was to proceed to homologate all the reforms made on a custom bike for Spanish territory at this level and finally it has been achieved (except for the exhaust pipe).
Again, as usual on these custom BMW bikes, the entire original subframe has been removed and left single seater by fabricating a new subframe to support the black Biltwell diamond patterned BMWbobber hanging seat.
Other highlights include a Biltwelltracker handlebar with downward position, a Motogadget Mini odometer, LED indicators, BMW R number plate holder, auxiliary headlight and custom-made mudguards.

Of course, a pair of Continental TKC80scrambler tyres complete the scrambler look of this BMW R and together with some Lord Drake Kustoms logos on the front suspension bottles, modified exhausts with black heat tape and minimalist tails or round cafe racer style mirrors on the handlebar ends give this BMW R the look it deserves as BMW R100 “CANDY RED”
The end result of the bobber scrambler style transformation on this custom bike has been spectacular; largely due to the candy red colour used on the fuel tank and front wing, which gives this custom bike its name… BMW R100 Candy Red!
On this BOBBER SCRAMBLER motorbike, Francisco Alí Manén (owner of Lord Drake Kustoms) in addition to choosing the beautiful candy red colour for the bodywork, has used a combination of different shades of black applied with electrostatic powdercoating in the Metalcolors company.
HOMOLOGATION
Finally, our homologation department at Lord Drake Kustoms has been in charge of homologating the modifications made on a converted motorbike for the Spanish territory like this BMW BOBBER SCRAMBLER.
A Harley Sportster XL 883 R that came into the hands of Francisco Alí Manén (owner of Lord Drake Kustoms) and that had to be done with a very retro and elegant style; so he decided to make a Harley bobber with a very classic and vintage colors.
The first thing a bobber rear fender fitted to the wheel with side supports all completely handmade and made of metal that has been installed after cutting the entire subframe. A license plate bracket with side arm for Harley, also made by LDK and of course a Biltwellbobber seat with custom made anchors.

At the front the front fender has been modified and the fork travel has been embellished with rubber bellows and metal covers for the seatpost area. A front spoiler made of metal and a small handlebar mini ape form the set of this Sportster Bobber BabyBlue.

The exhausts have been custom made at Lord Drake Kustoms, which together with the minimalist air filter, have left the engine exposed. We have also installed lower shocks and all this transformation of Harley bobber has been completed with details such as biltwell turrets, mini odometer, LED turn signals under the button panels, mirrors grips, etc…
However, the most important thing to highlight in this customized motorcycle by Lord Drake Kustoms; is its painting…, a combination of babyblue and creamy white with antique gold accents that has given the Sportster Bobber BabyBlue an impressive look and that has been finished off with the upholstery of the seat in brown leather.
HOMOLOGATION
All the work done on this custom Harley Davidson has been homologated for the territory of Spain … and then this bike transformed, has been delivered to its owner to enjoy riding through the streets of a beautiful Harley Davidson Bobber.

BOBBER ARMY
First on our list is the Sportster Bobber Army. This has been one of the bikes that our fans liked the most this year. It is a motorcycle that came directly from a Harley dealer to our customization workshop. The base model was a 2021 Sportster 48 Forty Eight and we have turned it into a nice Bobber with a “retro” feel, in the style of the old military Harleys used in the war.
This BMW R18 “BOBBER STEEL” has been the first R18 that we have modified but not the last because we have already worked on customizing two other motorcycles of the same model from the German brand.
YAMAHA XT BLUE
This Yamaha Scrambler is the third XT 600 that Lord Drake Kustoms has recently transformed in Spain and this time they have achieved an authentic scrambler motorcycle with a mythical base with the Yamaha XT 600 from the late 90s.
VROD 330
The used base used for this 330 VROD was a 2014 Harley Davidson Nightrod Special.
BMW R BRASS
This new convertedBMW R “BRASS” has a mix of scrambler, bobber and cafe racer motorcycle styles. The base model is a BMW R45 and stands out for having its own identity that is given by the combination of colors used and by the combination of motorcycle transformation styles it represents: Cafe Racer for its clip-on handlebars, Scrambler for its knobby tires and Bobber for its your seat and back.
SPORTSTER GULF
This Sportster Bobber has been carefully modified from start to finish. A shorter handcrafted front fender, bobber rear fender for Harley Sportster fitted to the wheel with highly detailed handcrafted brackets have been installed.
BMW BABY BLUE
BMW “BABYBLUE” is the name we have given to this mix of BMW cafe racer and scramblercustomized. The motorcycle transformed in this case has been a BMW R100 that mixes components from very different custom motorcycle styles, such as the cafe racer and the scrambler.
SPORTSTER GRAYRACER
The base transformed motorcycle has been a Sportster Iron 883. As for the style of customization of a bike like this, basically we can say that it is a cafe racer motorcycle modified on a Harley Sportster.
BMW R18 BOBBER BLACK
Lord Drake Kustoms received this BMW R18 from its owner, to be a completely modified motorcycle. But with one condition; and it is that it had to maintain the original black color, with white lines and chrome components.

This custom motorcyclecame to us from the North of Spain and its owner wanted an authentic Harley Davidson bobber, but with more spectacular looking and size rims… and above all he wanted to keep thecolors and graphics of the original Sportster penaut gas tank. The base model is a 2002 Harley Davidson Sportster that we have done a real Bobber bike modification job on.
BMW R SPORT EDITION
The BMW SURVIVOR broke the mold when it was presented to the public and proof of this is that several units of the limited edition have already been sold in just 8 months. But we realized that the motorcycle is very successful but it is a cafe racer motorcycle for a very small audience due to its exclusivity and high cost; It is also a custom bike more for a museum than to ride with it. For this reason, we decided to release a cheaper version and, above all, more versatile and for the street… that’s where the new BMW R SPORT EDITION was born.
SPORTSTER BOBBER GREEN 69
Lord Drake Kustoms received this previously customized Sportster 1200in an artisanal and very precarious way from a Madrid client. Its owner wanted to keep the original rims and engine chrome and also wanted the bike to be green. The rest was basically left to Lord Drake Kustoms.
BMW K100 M SCRAMBLER
This BMW K100 “M SCRAMBLER” has been dressed in the colors of the “M” edition of the cars of the German brand. Its owner wanted it to be a scrambler-style motorcycle but as low as possible, with country tires and above all the seat had to be red and the fuel tank in the colors of BMW M.
VROD BLACK WIDOW
For this VROD Black Widow , a Harley Vrod Street has been used as a base,a custom model of the American brand that is somewhat different from the rest of the first Vrods and that was also characterized by being taller and having intermediate foot controls and by having a nice inverted hairpin.

Lord Drake Kustoms was commissioned by a client who already had this 2011 Harley Fat Boy and who wanted to give it a touch of an exclusive and transformed motorcycle but with a very important premise… it had to keep the two seats and be as comfortable as possible for the rider. passenger.
VICTORY HAMMER
Lord Drake Kustoms does not usually say “NO” and this time we have shown it with the customization of this Victory Hammer 8 Ball that his client was about to sell because he thought that it could not be modified or transformed into something more attractive.
SPORTSTER BOBBER GLOSS BLACK
This Sportster bobber has been customized on a 2007 Harley Davidson Sportster Low that had been in an accident. Its owner wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to repair the damage and keep it original; turn it into a single-seater bobber bike.
SOFTAIL BOBBER STANDARD
The exact model that we have used for this bobber style motorcycle modificationhas been the new Harley Softail Standard of the year 2020. A powerful beast from the American motorcycle brand with a Milwaukee-Eight engine and a displacement of 1750 cc… in addition to the new chassis with a damping system different from that of the classic softail models.
BMW 1150R SCRAMBLER
On this occasion, we have achieved a brutal, strong and tough looking BMW Scrambler. All this, despite the fact that the R1150R models and their little sister the R850R, are perhaps somewhat complicated motorcycles to use as a basis for a good motorcycle transformation, (due to their fuel tank and front suspension system).
