Lord Drake Kustoms does it again. This time with a Harley-Davidson Softail transformed into a clean-lined, aggressive-looking custom bike with 100% Bobber DNA. Meet the new STREET BOBBER 107.
A muscular yet elegant Bobber
The STREET BOBBER 107 was built with a clear mission: to preserve the purest essence of the Bobber style, but push it to the limit with high-end parts, handcrafted finishes, and a stance that commands attention from every angle. All made with the unmistakable signature of Lord Drake Kustoms workshop in Málaga.
The paint job remains glossy black, keeping things elegant and sober while allowing the lines and custom components to take center stage. Chrome details on the wheels and metallic accents complete this dark yet classy look.
A Bobber custom ready to hit the road
The STREET BOBBER 107 strikes the perfect balance between muscle, elegance and rebel spirit. A tribute to the timeless Bobber style, updated with the top-tier quality and craftsmanship of Lord Drake Kustoms. Ideal for those who want a head-turning ride without sacrificing comfort or performance.
This YAMAHA VMAX NEORACER is a new v4 beast created by Lord Drake Kustoms in his workshop of transformations of café racer motorcycles in Spain that has left everyone surprised, because it is a totally different work to what we usually do in our custom workshops.
With more than 30 years behind it, this fully customized Yamaha V Max 1200 has resurfaced with a new look thanks to the work of Fran Manen and his team at Lord Drake Kustoms with facilities in Malaga (Spain).
A BEAST V4
Despite being a historic bike, it has never ceased to be a V4 acceleration beast and when it came into the hands of the LDK team it presented a fairly acceptable mechanical condition, but its owner wanted to give it a new life, a more modern look and that’s where Fran Manen decided that in this project in addition to changing the aesthetic appearance, could improve some of the performance of the bike such as suspensions and brakes. At the time of making this bike transformed, the style was not very clear and as they say in Lord Drake Kustoms; it is neither a cafe racer bike or a sport bike, or a scrambler bike … is a Yamaha transformedNeoracer style as they usually define this type of customization of motorcycles that have a mixture of customization styles and a modern and more naked look.
The first thing that has been done with this custom Yamaha, which has been called “YAMAHA VMAX NEORACER” has been to disassemble it completely, then the first thing that was done was to install in the front a new inverted fork with two brake calipers and a new rim with improved brake disc, which has improved the braking of this beast without any doubt, not to mention the new aesthetics that has been achieved to the front of this custom bike.
Ohlins shock absorbers
Next, a tracker type handlebar and an LED headlight, somewhat different from those usually seen on current modified motorcycles, were installed. As final details at the front, a metal face shield and a minimalist front fender were installed; both handcrafted by LDK.
Lighthouse and mask
In the rear has been carried out a great job. It has been cut the entire subframe and has been handcrafted a spectacular tail with integrated seat that is also removable thanks to the original opening systems that has this bike to access the fuel tank.
Motogadget odometer
Finally, new Ohlins shock absorbers, a handcrafted license plate holder made by LDK, LED turn signals, new modified exhaust tails and the Motogadget digital odometer are just some of the details.
As for the finishes, the bike had to be simple and not have a very flashy paint job, as it had to highlight the muscles and lines of this powerful Yamaha VMax Neoracer by itself. For that reason, the entire bike has been painted in matte graphite gray and black and the seat has been upholstered in imitation alcantara.
A HISTORIC MOTORCYCLE
The result speaks for itself … a historic bike, which has gone from being a V4 beast with an old and perhaps somewhat outdated look, to be a new YAMAHA VMAX NEORACER 1200 with the air of a naked bike, cafe racer and above all a beastly bike.
GEICO SCRAMBLER: You either love it or hate it! But it won’t leave you indifferent; that’s the spectacular work of the Spanish customizer Fran Manen and his company Lord Drake Kustoms. The GEICO SCRAMBLER is the result of taking to the highest level the new line of scrambler motorcycles based on Harley Davidson Sportster for two people that the Spanish motorcycle builder Francisco Ali Manen (owner of Lord Drake Kustoms) has recently created and that are known as the “DRAKER 2” This “DRAKER 2” is a scrambler motorcycle that, in addition to being able to be used to ride on dirt tracks and roads full of curves in the mountains; it could also be used on the highway, the streets of a big city… and why not? to ride along the beaches of California due to its casual, urban and fresh look. The GEICO SCRAMBLER was built in Lord Drake Kustoms’ Harley and custom bike conversion workshop in Malaga (Spain) using a carbureted Harley Davidson Sportster 883.
BASED ON A HARLEY 883
Fran Manen received this order from Igor, a client from Holland who, after following LDK’s motorcycle customization work for a long time, finally decided to put himself in Fran’s hands to make his dream on two wheels come true. Igor, accompanied by his wife Dorina, visited Lord Drake Kustoms’ facilities in Malaga and after the first visit everything became very clear and the project began to flow. Igor was in no hurry, as his priority in this project was to have one of the best Harley Scramblers for two people that Fran Manen could design following a series of instructions; and the result has been this DRAKER 2 called “GEICO SCRAMBLER” … and it goes without saying that it speaks for itself.
Throughout this process, Fran has had practically total freedom to customize this Harley 883 scrambler; although always respecting the range of colours and graphics that his client and now friend Igor indicated to him.
On a technical level, it should be noted that this Harley Davidson scrambler is one of the first units of a new production line of sportster scrambler motorcycles that Lord Drake Kustoms has created under the name of “DRAKER 2” (because these models have been created for two seats) in which a new rear has been used consisting of a seat base subframe and mudguards all incorporated in a single piece and built in metal.
Rear mudguard
Handlebars and tank
In this Sportster scrambler we can highlight components such as Ohlins shock absorbers, custom rims, brake discs, exhaust pipes, front mudguards and an endless number of details that will not leave anyone indifferent.
The paint job of this Harley scrambler is quite striking, combining metallic turquoise, cream, gold and red with graphics such as the elements earth, sea, air and fire. In addition, the owners’ names have been placed on the tank along with a gold GEICO that gives its name to this custom scrambler-style motorcycle
READY TO ORDER
This series of motorcycles that are already being produced and are called “DRAKER 2” can now be ordered from the motorcycle customization company Lord Drake Kustoms, who once finished, will be responsible for sending them anywhere in the world… You just have to choose your colors, finishes or even the theme as is the case with this “GEICO SCRAMBLER” and they will take care of building it and sending it to your home, wherever you are and anywhere in the world.
Introducing the second unit of the K1 RACER series… The BMW K1 RACER 1.2, a custom bike with a very sporty look that breaks away from the styles used to transform motorbikes such as the BMW K100. This project has been carried out at Lord Drake Kustoms, a customisation and transformation workshop for BMW motorbikes in Spain (Malaga).
ELEGANT AND AGGRESSIVE
Francisco Alí Manen (owner of LDK), was commissioned by a customer who had already seen the first BMW K1 RACER, a NEORACER style transformation as defined by Fran himself.
This customisation work on a BMW motorbike is one of the most impressive that has been done on a k100 model to date in LDK’s motorbike modification workshop.
Transformed from start to finish, it is not the usual modified BMW K100, it is an elegant, aggressive and above all unique custom bike.
Following in the footsteps of the first unit of this series of custom bikes, Fran and his team at Lord Drake Kustoms the first thing they did as soon as they arrived at their custom bike workshop was to completely dismantle it.
The work on the BMW K1 RACER 1.2 started with the installation of an upside-down fork, the rims were kept as original, then came the tyres, discs and brake calipers. Of course it had to be fitted with half handlebars and then we proceeded to remove the entire subframe and cut and modify part of the chassis to begin to shape what would be the new rear of this spectacular BMW K100 transformed.
Semi-handlebars
Rear tailpiece
Handcrafted upholstered seat
Turn signals 3.1
The fuel tank has also been kept original. A new rear shock absorber with WP air bottle has been installed, a new subframe has been manufactured and a new rear pillion including seat with custom upholstery has been installed.
All this work has been accompanied by a Motogadget Pro digital odometer and set back foot controls for BMW K100.
The modified exhaust, the whole central exhaust manifold handcrafted with a stainless steel tailpipe gives a brutal sound to the BMW K1 RACER 1.2.
In addition, and like its predecessor, it is fitted with a V-Rod headlight, Motogadget front turn signals and 3:1 rear turn signals and other details in all the endless modifications that this custom bike created by Lord Drake Kustoms with a BMW K100 base has.
This time the owner of this Harley Davidson Nightrod Special, is a regular customer of Francisco Alí Manen (owner of LDK); who this time went from having ordered a BMW R65 bobber scrambler previously; to ask for this custom Harley marvel.
The idea is that this custom bike, as well as being spectacular, should not be too uncomfortable to ride as happens with these models when they are fitted with a wide rear wheel kit of 300 or more for VROD, Nightrod or Muscle models… so it was decided to fit a wide rear wheel of 260 and no more… hence the name “VROD 260 ARMY”.
Airbox, rear mudguard, front mudguard, handlebars, turrets, odometer relocation, number plate bracket, LED indicators and lights, seats, horn covers, spoke covers, exhaust tailpipes, are some of the parts of this custom bike that have been modified or manufactured for this Harley Davidson.
As for the colours chosen for the paintwork of this transformed VROD, they have been chosen by its owner, who had them very clear from the beginning and so he let Fran Manen know, who together with his work team at Lord Drake Kustoms thought it was a good choice of colour for its military aspect and not very seen in the works of Vrod transformations with wide wheel kit, which are usually mostly black.
On the airbox of this vrod, “HARLEY DAVIDSON” is simply airbrushed in military style lettering and a few small red details (such as the thread on the seat upholstery) have been included to make the whole thing stand out.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Surely, this “VROD 260 ARMY” will not leave indifferent the people who see it passing through the streets and roads of Galicia, where it will have its new home after being sent by Lord Drake Kustoms with its service of shipping and transport of motorbikes all over the world.
On the 7th of May 2024, Lord Drake Kustoms was visited by Patricia Navarro, Delegate of the Andalusian Government in Malaga and the Mayor of Velez-Malaga, Jesus Lupiañez.
Within the presentation of the record export figures in the province in the previous months, Patricia Navarro highlighted the good work that Lord Drake Kustoms has been doing in recent years, exporting motorbikes to the five continents. Being a reference, according to the delegate, not only in Vélez-Málaga, but also in the province, community, country and worldwide.
“He has become a reference in this sector, where he started by leaving everything behind and going to America in search of his dream. A born entrepreneur and now a great businessman who carries the name of Malaga and Andalusia all over the world. And with his work and activity he is doing his bit for the province’s export figures, where the leading sector is usually the agri-food sector”, said the government delegate.
For his part, the Mayor of Vélez-Málaga, Jesús Lupiañez, praised Francisco Alí Manén and his company Lord Drake Kustoms for their talent and good entrepreneurship. And above all, for being a magnificent example for young people who want to undertake their own projects.
This bobber scrambler style bike is called BMW R100 “GRAY BROWN” and is another of the customizations of BMW motorbikes that Lord Drake Kustoms has made in his workshop in Malaga (Spain).
A STYLISH SCRAMBLER BOBBER
The team at LDK have once again excelled in their work with classic BMWmotorbikes, and with this R100, they have once again transformed a BMW into a stunning and elegant scrambler bobber.
This time Francisco Alí Manen, owner of LDK, has chosen to make a BMW transformed with very common elements in this kind of motorbike customizations, but the result has been brutal thanks to the combination of elements and colours used.
The motogadget odometer, together with the branded LED indicators on the ends of the Biltwell grips, give the bike a contemporary feel and the Continetal TKC 80 tyres give it that scrambler look.

Hanging seat
Shorter-than-usual exhaust tails and conical air filters improve the performance and performance of this German-based bobber’s boxer engine somewhat.
And when we talk about colours, we mean a combination of matt black with an elegant graphite grey in gloss and matt mixed in the fuel tank together with the colour used for the dye of the natural leather with which the spectacular seat is upholstered single seat pendant for BMW R100 GRAY BROWN.
READY TO BUY
Finally, Fran Manén and his team at Lord Drake Kustoms have carried out the legalisation of the modifications carried out on a converted motorbike such as this BMW R100 GRAY BROWN, thanks to their own custom motorbike homologation service.
This custom bike has no owner yet and is ready to be sent to any place in the world, so if you like it… don’t delay and contact us.
This is another unit of the new Harley Davidson Sportster S 1250 RH customized by the team of Francisco Ali Manen, owner of Lord Drake Kustoms in his Harley conversion workshop in Malaga (Spain) from where they export custom motorcycles to customers all over the world.
A NEW AIR
Coming from a customer near Lisbon, Portugal, where LDK picked up the bike with its own pick-up and delivery service, this Sportster S arrived totally original and its owner wanted to give it a new look and restyle it to get more out of the features of this Harley Davidson..
The first idea was to modify the rear, especially the license plate bracket, and to put some kind of screen or dome on it. Fran Manen got to work with his team and the result was a restyling in this Sportster S 1250 RH which has been fitted with a café racer bike screen, a new tracker handlebar, new minimalist LED turn signals and a round LED headlight.

In addition, the odometer has been relocated to the front of the handlebars instead of its original location.
At the rear, the license plate bracket and all the lighting have been modified, and the seat has been upholstered with double red thread in diamond shapes.
But the most significant change in this restyling has been the paint job inspired by the colors of racing cars with graphics of the Rothmans tobacco brand.
OTHER FEATURES
In terms of performance (in addition to aesthetic changes) it should be noted that in this custom bike, the Lord Drake Kustoms team has installed a spectacular complete 2:1 exhaust system from the brand Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde homologated, for the Harley Davidson Sportster S 1250 RH, which in addition to sound regulation has a beautiful carbon fiber manifold protector.
This Harley Davidson Scrambler called SPORTSTER CAMARO 67 is inspired by an authentic Chevrolet muscle car and has been customized by the Lord Drake Kustoms team at their Harley transformation workshop in Velez Malaga (SPAIN).
A MUSCLE SCRAMBLER
Francisco Ali Manen, motorcycle customizer and owner of Lord Drake Kustoms, received a call from a customer from Belgium who was following his work and was in love with his Sportster ScramblerBultracker models.
After several conversations, the customer from Belgium indicated to Fran Manen that he wanted a Sportster Bultracker but inspired by a ’67 Chevy Camaro he had… he wanted the same colors, stripes and even the exhaust pipe which both cases are Supertrapp.
And the party started! The customer sent from Belgium to Spain his base bike, which in this case was a Harley Davidson Nightster 1200. The client then flew from Belgium to Malaga to visit Lord Drake Kustoms facilities and finalize all the details in person… and from there, the LDK team started working immediately on the customization of a scrambler bike that was going to be very special.
Modification of the front suspension, Ohlins rear shocks for Harley, the entire subframe trimmed and the manufacture of new front and rear fenders, were the beginning of this work of transformation of a Harley Davidson that little by little was going to become a muscle car on two wheels.

Custom wheels measuring 18″ at the rear and 21″ at the front, 2:1 stainless steel exhausts with Supertrapp tail for Harley, custom air filter with Chevrolet emblems, BMX handlebars, Koso odometer for Spotster, kellerman turn signals on grips and a host of details shape this SPORTSTER CAMARO 67.
Finally, in the finishes, the black engine has been combined with chrome covers and the bodywork has been painted in the same (identical) colors as the Chevy Camaro (orange with white stripes and lines of the same size); all this combined with an upholstery with orange thread in the form of diamonds for the seat.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
After finishing the work the owner of this spectacular scrambler motorcycle flew to Malaga to check the final result in person. Following this visit, the LDK team led by Francisco Ali Manén took care of shipping the SPORTSTER CAMARO 67 to Belgium where it now lives and roars accompanied by its big brother… an authentic ’67 Chevy Camaro.
Francisco A. Manen, owner of Lord Drake Kustoms, along with his team of specialists, has managed to transform this Harley Sportster 883 into a customized and stylized bobber motorcycle. With an aesthetic that combines elegance and rebellion, this customization highlights LDK’s expertise in creating unique motorcycles, tailored to the style and preferences of each client.
To achieve the desired bobber look, the rear fender supports were trimmed, adapting it for a solo seat design. A fixed Biltwell seat was installed, 10.5-inch Burly shocks, and a side arm license plate holder custom-made by Lord Drake Kustoms.

Drag Bar Handlebar
The drag bar handlebar, with the side speedometer and LED indicators under the switchgear, are details that enhance its minimalist and customized style. Additionally, it features Biltwell grips, a spoiler, and a specific air filter for Sportster, along with customized exhausts wrapped in heat-resistant tape.
Regarding the paint, the entire motorcycle was finished in black, except for the peanut-style gas tank and the spoiler, both in an elegant matte gray that gives this bike its name: “Sportster Bobber Grey.” To add a touch of color, red details were added, such as the Harley Davidson letters and graphics on the tank and the spark plug wires.
HOMOLOGATION
Each modification made to this Sportster Bobber Grey has been approved by the reform and approval department of Lord Drake Kustoms for Spanish territory, ensuring that the motorcycle is completely ready to ride and complies with all current regulations.
