“Customize your Harley Davidson Breakout motorcycle and give it a new look at Lord Drake Kustoms’ specialized Harley Davidson workshop in Malaga”…. With this phrase is how the history of this custom motorcycle begins in our motorcycle transformation workshop in Spain.

Harley Davidson Breakout by Lord Drake Kustoms

And we did that!… Francisco Alí Manén got down to work and designed a custom motorcycle with some changes that will further highlight the qualities of this Softail Breakout with a 103 engine, to give it a new, more brutal air without losing its essence.

How to transform this Harley Davidson Breakout

We started with the transformation of a Harley Davidson that was totally original and which we have turned into a customized Harley Davidson in a very elegant and imposing way at the same time. The original model was a Softail Breakout, so the main thing was the custom rims and the Harley 240 rear wheel kit and we had it.

The first thing was to remove the seat and the original Harley fenders, as well as remove the entire subframe. Next, we handcrafted a new rear fender to house a new wider rear tire (250) from Avon tires and a single-seater seat; and to give it the desired silhouette, we installed an air suspension for Harley Davidson from the Legend Air brand.

To finish the rear and leave the wheel and rear fender as clean as possible, we installed the license plate on one side with a handmade license plate holder and installed micro turn signals and led lights 3: 1 Kellerman Atto. Many of the custom parts we have bought in the motorcycle accessories store “customiza tu moto”.

Finally, we installed some Vance & Hines Big Radius exhaust pipes and an S&S air filterwith double inlet and later we did the Harley remapping with DIAG4BIKE. At the front there have not been many changes, a new, smaller handcrafted front fender, LED indicators integrated in the hand controls, original Harley Davidson handlebars and some other details such as the Avon grips. The painting has been easy as the original color has been kept, matt gray, which has been combined with elements and details in chrome or black.
