BMW R100 SILVER BULLET

BMW R100 SILVER BULLET

BMW R100 SILVER BULLET

This Cafe Racer called BMW R100 “SILVER BULLET” is another of the BMW transformations that Lord Drake Kustoms has done in his motorbike customization workshop in Velez Malaga (Spain).

AN UNUSUAL CAFE RACER

With this BMW Cafe Racer, the modification concepts have been changed a little and this time we have not opted for off-road knobby tyres, a hanging single seat or enduro-style handlebars, as is usual in the modifications of motorbikes like these that usually have a rather bobber style mixed with touches of scrambler motorbikes.

Francisco Ali Manen, owner of LDK, has opted to make a converted BMW with other details and touches such as half handlebars combined with an almost two-seater seat and wheels with tyres with a rather retro look and a little bit of a knob (almost road).

And the same has been done with the colours, as usually in these BMW R bike conversions the engine is painted in black as well as other components such as the rims.

MODIFICATIONS

The BMW R100 “SILVER BULLET” has combined aspects of wear and tear and the passage of time to give it the vintage look it deserves, combining it with more modern elements such as the small digital odometer motogadget mini or the LED indicators.

Very soon, this BMW Cafe Racer will be circulating and calling the attention of all the passers-by in the streets of Marbella from the hand of its owner.

Triumph SE Brat

Triumph SE Brat

TRIUMPH SE BRAT

The Triumph SE Brat is a spectacular custom build by Lord Drake Kustoms that combines the classic essence of British motorcycles with the minimalist character of the brat style. The result is an elegant, aggressive, and perfectly balanced motorcycle, designed for enjoyment both in the city and on the open road. This custom motorcycle stands out for its clean aesthetics, compact proportions, and a commanding presence.

British elegance with Japanese flair

Inspired by Japanese bratstyle, this Triumph has been transformed to offer a lower, lighter, and sportier profile, without losing the brand’s classic DNA. The work carried out in the Andalusian workshop demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, resulting in a motorcycle that combines functionality, design, and personality in every element.

MODIFICATIONS

To create this Triumph SE Brat, numerous modifications have been made that redefine its aesthetics and performance:

  • Transformation of the rear subframe to achieve a straighter and more minimalist line.
  • Installation of a brat-style seat, flat and stylized, which reinforces its urban profile.
  • New exhaust system with manifolds wrapped in heat tape to improve aesthetics and sound character.

  • Lower handlebars with minimalist mirrors provide a sportier riding position.
  • Reduction and simplification of the rear end, with a shorter fender and a compact license plate holder.
  • Renewed rear suspension and geometry adjustment to improve dynamic behavior.
  • Spoked wheels with more robust profile tires that reinforce its brat/café racer style.
  • More discreet lighting system with compact headlight and minimalist elements.

Metallic Green

One of the most striking elements of this custom build is its elegant paint scheme. The tank and side panels sport a deep metallic green, a color that accentuates the bike’s classic lines and lends it a sophisticated and exclusive air. This hue contrasts perfectly with the numerous components finished in satin black, such as the frame, engine, and various mechanical parts.

The finishes have been carefully selected to maintain a restrained and elegant aesthetic: discreet screws, darkened components, and metallic details that provide the perfect balance between modernity and classic style. The entire ensemble conveys a sense of craftsmanship and aesthetic coherence.

A brat with her own personality

The Triumph SE Brat is a prime example of the level of customization that can be achieved when design, experience, and a passion for motorcycles come together. With its clean aesthetics, carefully chosen color scheme, and minimalist approach, this custom build demonstrates that a classic motorcycle can be reinvented without losing its essence. A unique piece that reflects the creative spirit and meticulous attention to detail that characterizes Lord Drake Kustoms’ projects.

DUCATI S4R NEORACER

DUCATI S4R NEORACER

This DUCATI S4R “NEORACER” is not the first motorcycle of the Italian brand that Lord Drake Kustoms has customized in his motorcycle transformation workshop in Spain, although it is one of the most striking modification jobs on a Ducati motorcycle that he has done so far.

A MODERN AND SPORTY CAFE RACER

To carry out the work on this custom bike, Fran Manen (owner of Lord Drake Kustoms) has chosen a 2004 Ducati Monster S4R with its characteristic and beautiful single-sided swingarm as a base.

The first idea was to make a Ducati cafe racer in the purest classic style, but it was decided to change it for something less classic with an air that combined the style of cafe racer motorcycles with more modern and sporty airs.

MODIFICATIONS

Once completely disassembled, the first thing that has been done has been to modify the entire subframe and the rear part of the motorcycle. Subsequently, a license plate support with a side arm has been manufactured and both the front and rear suspensions have been modified.Handcrafted seat

A completely handmade seat has been manufactured and clip-on handlebars have been installed to give this DUCATI S4R “NEORACER” a more radical look and position.

Motogadget M Blaze turn signals at the ends of the Biltwell grips, led headlight and custom exhaust are other details to highlight. Although the icing on the cake are the impressive spoked wheels for Ducati, custom made for this Monster S4R custom.

GRAPHITE GRAY

The front suspension legs have been anodized in gold, the chassis and other components have been painted in matt black (with baked electrostatic powder coating).

And finally, the tank and fenders in matt graphite gray to give the brutal and elegant appearance to this modification work on a Ducati Monster.

Homologation

Finally, and all this in Lord Drake Kustoms; We have carried out the homologation of the reforms for Spain of a cafe racer motorcycle or rather “Neoracer” as we call this DUCATI S4R NEORACER.

Triumph 120 Brat

Triumph 120 Brat

TRIUMPH 120 BRAT

The Triumph Bonneville 1200 is a favorite base for retro-style transformations, and this time the team at Lord Drake Kustoms has created a spectacular Triumph 120 Brat, a motorcycle that combines classic British aesthetics with the urban and minimalist character of the brat style. The result is an elegant, compact machine with a strong visual personality.

Classic style with an urban attitude

In this project, the goal was to transform the original Bonneville into a lower, cleaner motorcycle with a continuous visual line from the tank to the rear. To achieve this, unnecessary elements were removed and several components were redesigned, resulting in a sportier and more minimalist silhouette while maintaining the classic DNA that characterizes Triumph Motorcycles.

MODIFICATIONS

The transformation focuses primarily on the rear of the motorcycle. A new, modified subframe has been installed, adapted to mount a completely straight brat-style seat that extends the line of the tank and provides a much cleaner, more horizontal aesthetic.

The seat has been hand-upholstered with diamond-pattern stitching, adding a handcrafted and elegant touch. Wider profile tires with a mixed tread pattern have also been fitted, reinforcing the motorcycle’s robust appearance.

In addition, minimalist turn signals, a more compact lighting system, and satin black details have been added to enhance the dark and modern character of the whole.

The exhaust system has been redesigned with black headers and mufflers, giving it a more aggressive look that’s consistent with the brat style. The riding position remains comfortable thanks to a clean, minimalist handlebar and brown grips that perfectly complement the seat.

Metallic Orange

One of the most striking elements of this Triumph 120 Brat is its spectacular tank painted in an intense metallic orange color, a warm tone that contrasts perfectly with the rest of the components in black.

The glossy finish of the tank highlights the classic lines of the Bonneville, while the side panels and other parts maintain a more understated look. The classic Triumph logo has been retained to reinforce the bike’s vintage identity, creating a perfect balance between tradition and personalization.

The brown leather details on the seat and grips add a warm, handcrafted touch that perfectly complements the color of the tank, resulting in a motorcycle with a carefully crafted and coherent aesthetic in all its elements.

A brat with her own personality

With this Triumph 120 Brat, Lord Drake Kustoms once again demonstrates its ability to transform iconic motorcycles into unique pieces. The result is a motorcycle that respects the essence of the original Bonneville, but with a more aggressive, modern, and urban aesthetic.

A perfect build for those looking for a classic motorcycle, but with a strong custom personality and a style that doesn’t go unnoticed on the road.

Sportster Bobber Black Cream

Sportster Bobber Black Cream

SPORTSTER BOBBER BLACK CREAM

On this occasion, we present the Sportster Bobber Black Cream, a Harley Davidson customised with the unmistakable style of Lord Drake Kustoms. This project, developed in the workshop in Malaga, Spain, represents more than 10 years of experience transforming motorbikes into true works of art.

Based on a Sportster 883 R

Fran Manen, founder of Lord Drake Kustoms, was given a fuel injected 2007 Harley Davidson Sportster 883 R along with a general customisation idea that evolved as the work progressed. From the start, there was a clear goal: to fit a 200mm rear wheel combined with thick spoke rims, ideal for Harley motorbikes.

Modifications

The Sportster Bobber Black Cream features a classic bobber design that incorporates unique details. A ‘hangman’ style handlebar was installed which, along with a Sportster Forty Eight tank and 21-inch front wheel, gives this Harley an unmistakable vintage feel.

Although the two-seater was retained, the rear wing was shortened to accentuate the bobber character, with the addition of 10.5-inch Burly shocks and a handmade side-arm number plate holder from the Lord Drake Kustoms team.

Other details include a relocated side-mounted odometer, LED turn signals under the button panels, Biltwell grips, spoiler, and a Sportster-specific air filter. Custom exhausts, wrapped in anti-heat tape, complete the functional and attractive design.

Every element of the Sportster Bobber Black Cream was selected and fine-tuned. Major modifications include:

  • Cut-out front mudguard, which reinforces the minimalist character.
  • Installation of a 200 mm rear wheel and thick-spoke rims.
  • A handcrafted number plate holder, designed specifically for Harley Davidson.
  • 10.5’ Burly shocks for a lower profile.
  • Handlebars with a retro and daring touch.

These improvements not only transform the appearance, but also optimise the driving experience.

BLACK AND CREAM

The finish of the Sportster Bobber Black Cream is a true work of art. The paintwork combines a gloss black with a cream tone that is separated by delicate gold pinstripes.

The tank features classic Harley Davidson lettering and graphics, creating a perfect balance between tradition and modernity. This colour scheme not only stands out for its elegance, but also reinforces the unique identity of this custom bike.

BMW R100 DARK BOBBER

BMW R100 DARK BOBBER

BMW R100 DARK BOBBER

We present you another BMW R100 called ‘DARK BOBBER’, a customised bike with bobber scrambler style that has been transformed at Lord Drake Kustoms’ BMW bike customisation workshop in Malaga (Spain).

BOTH BOBBER AND SCRAMBLER

The team of Lord Drake Kustoms and its owner Francisco Alí Manén, once again leave a proof with this custom bike, that they can also customize bobber and/or scrambler style bikes on the basis of classic BMW bikes like R100, R90, R80, R65, etc.

This BMW R100 was commissioned by Fran Manen, owner of LDK, for a customer for whom he had previously customised a Triumph brat/scrambler in Ibiza.

MODIFICATIONS

All in matt black was one of the requirements, hence the name BMW R100 ‘DARK BOBBER’. In addition, details such as the Motogadget odometer together with the blaze LED indicators of the same brand located at the ends of the handlebars, accompanied by Biltwell grips, minimalist button panels and new hand controls such as the handlebar bracket and front brake pump for BMW R.

Other details of this BMW bobber are the mudguards and number plate bracket all made by Lord Drake Kustoms, the Biltwell single seat and finally the scrambler touch is provided by the Continetal TKC 80 tyres.

Shorter-than-usual exhaust tailpipes and K&N conical air filters improve the performance of this German-based bobber’s boxer engine.

HOMOLOGATION

Finally this BMW R100 ‘DARK BOBBER’ (before being sent to its owner in Ibiza) has been homologated thanks to Lord Drake Kustoms legalisation department in Spain for the legalisation of modifications carried out on a converted motorbike.
