BMW R12 NINE T CAFE RACER
The new BMW R12 Nine T Café Racer created by Lord Drake Kustoms is a modern reinterpretation of one of BMW Motorrad’s most iconic models. Starting with a 2025 BMW R12 Nine T, the team has developed a custom build that combines elegance, sportiness, and a clear racing spirit, inspired by classic café racers but with a contemporary and meticulously crafted aesthetic.
Sporting character
The goal of this customized NINE T was to enhance the sporty character of the R12 Nine T, stylizing its lines and reinforcing its visual personality. The result is a transformed motorcycle with a more aggressive riding position, a more compact design, and a very distinctive presence thanks to elements such as the racing-style front fairing, the red frame, and a balanced overall look that conveys exclusivity from every angle.
MODIFICATIONS
To transform the original base, the Lord Drake Kustoms team carried out numerous structural and aesthetic modifications. The motorcycle features custom-made, thicker-spoked wheels, which lend a more robust and classic look. A custom-designed, dual-exit exhaust system with a high-mounted position further enhances the bike’s sporty character.

The rear section and subframe have been modified, incorporating a new custom tail section with a bespoke seat, which significantly refines the bike’s silhouette. Furthermore, the front suspension has been reworked, clip-on handlebars have been installed for a more aggressive riding position, and integrated turn signals and mirrors have been added to the grips, resulting in a much cleaner and more minimalist look.
Among other details, the custom-made lower skid plate or cover, the modified front fender, the custom license plate bracket and numerous additional adjustments complete the transformation of this BMW into a true modern café racer.
BMW M Colors
One of the most striking aspects of this modified NINE T is its spectacular paint scheme inspired by BMW M colors, applied over a white base that further highlights the lines of the fairing, tank, and tail section. This design lends a highly recognizable sporty identity and directly connects with the German brand’s racing heritage.
The ensemble is completed with various carbon fiber details on the side panels and other components, adding a technological and exclusive touch. The seat also stands out for its micro-perforated fabric upholstery and double-diamond stitching, combining comfort, elegance, and a visually appealing design.
