NINE T HYPERMOTARD
At Lord Drake Kustoms, we don’t believe in limits. Our latest creation proves it: the NINE T HYPERMOTARD, probably one of the first BMW R NINE T motorcycles transformed into a Hypermotard in the world.
The result is a radical, aggressive and different motorcycle, which mixes premium German engineering with the sporty and wild aesthetics of a true Hypermotard.
A BMW R Nine T with a motard spirit
The BMW R NINE T is an iconic model, widely used in café racer, scrambler, or brat style projects. But almost no one had taken the step of bringing it to the Hypermotard realm.
That was the challenge a client presented us with: he wanted to maintain the essence of BMW, but with the character and attitude of an extreme motorcycle. The Lord Drake Kustoms team accepted the challenge, and the result couldn’t have been more spectacular.
MODIFICATIONS
- Redesign of the subframe and hand-fabrication of the rear tail, the fairing and the front fender.
- Adapted suspensions with an Öhlins rear shock absorber.
- Hand protectors, air intake and lower spoiler in carbon fiber.
- Radiator guard grille.
- Side number plates in aluminum with the number “9 T”.
- Ergonomic levers in machined aluminum.
Headlight fairing with double headlight
Alcantara upholstered seat
- License plate holder with 3-in-1 lighting (position, brake and turn signals).
- Modified exhaust with Supertrapp tailpiece for a more aggressive sound.
- Alcantara upholstered seat with orange thread stitching.
- Pirelli Supercorsa tires for maximum grip and racing aesthetics.
- Standard Brembo brakes, providing all the necessary braking power.
All of this makes the NINE T HYPERMOTARD a motorcycle ready not only to be shown off, but also to ride powerfully on mountain roads and in the city.
Exclusive paint and finishes
The paint job further reinforces its personality: a combination of glossy black, orange and pearly white that conveys dynamism and freshness.
Los detalles en carbono y el tapizado en Alcántara con costuras en contraste hacen que cada detalle hable del nivel artesanal y del cuidado que caracteriza a Lord Drake Kustoms.
La visión de Lord Drake Kustoms
According to Fran Manen, founder of LDK:
“We wanted to demonstrate that the BMW R NINE T could also be transformed into a Hypermotard without losing its original essence. The result has been spectacular and we believe it will set a trend.”
Based in Málaga and Miami, Lord Drake Kustoms has established itself as a pioneering motorcycle customization workshop internationally. The NINE T HYPERMOTARD is a further example of their boldness, creativity, and innovative spirit.
